We had a nice lunch with Grandma, P and M at Michinoku, where these cute fusen (paper balls) were hanging. |
Gma and I had the usual salmon teishoku |
Grandma looked nice in her shirt. Not bad for a 95 year old! |
M over on Maui told us about Snow Factory. It's like the Hong Kong dessert we used to like at a place on Beretania St., but with a more variety of choices (like one with bacon sprinkles) |
R had the taro, azuki, mochi and coconut jelly with condensed milk. The texture of the milky ice is like snow so it's good to have a chewy or crunchy accompaniment. |
