Weekend

Mr. and Mrs. Santa keeping up the Aloha Christmas cheer even in the rain in front of City Hall.

Relaxing Sunday at Panya, with Penny.
She was a good girl.
We have been taking Penny to Panya since she was a  puppy three years ago.
Actually, we frequented Panya when it first opened where Hokua Condominium is now next door.   It specialized in gourmet brewed teas and pastries.                                                                                   Then it moved to the Ala Moana SC for many years, and then to it's present location.

Across the street from Panya is the brand new
South Shore Market.   It shares the parking building with it's neighbors Nordstrom Rack and TJMaxx.
Inside South Shore Market in Kakaako.
Not completely filled yet, but there will be about 18 local small businesses-food and retail shops soon.
A nice big table adds to the feeling of relaxation.
I already found several favorite shops like La Muse, Flotsam and Eden in Love that I like to browse in.   It's great that local artisans are featured in these little boutiques.                                                      There is also a little shop selling nice snacks,  water and even musubis.
