Sunday was the Michinoku Karaoke contest at the Princess Kaiulani Hotel.
There were contestants from Japan, Taiwan and Hawaii.
Our mutual friend was competing so my Naginata Sensei and I attended, but could only stay for the morning.

We had Sukiyaki zen.  Delicious.  Not overly salty.  The rice was good and the rib eye was very tender.

R had the Ahi Bowl, very fresh maguro over good sushi rice.
