| Janie shared some fresh kale from her garden so I tried frying some in hot oil and sprinkling salt over it. They were crispy, but too oily (used canola, olive and a bit of coconut oil). Will leave crispy kale to the good cooks at restaurants. Ala Moana SC where the old Sears and its parking area used to be. Taken in January 2014. |
