Eggs and Things, Bali Steak and Seafood

Yesterday's sunrise was heavy with clouds and haze.

This morning's was clear.  So nice to have blue skies after a week of gray, overcast skies.
After a very satisfying dance/exercise class with Melinda at 7:30 a.m.,  Kathy, Mel and I  headed to Eggs and Things to replenish the calories we had lost.
What is usually an impossibly busy parking lot was empty!

We didn't have to wait for a table!

Of course we took this as a sign to indulge.    Also we promised Melinda to eat the (banana) pancakes with whipped cream.

In the evening we went with friends to a first time visit to Bali Steak and Seafood at the Hilton.

Casual ambience, but pricey menu.  All seatings seemed taken.

Beef Carpaccio with peppercorns which was so good.

8 oz. (also 10 oz. ) filet mignon with garlic bulb.  Very tender and tasty with butter.

The Kona coffee creme brûlée was good.

May chose the malasadas bites.

After a very satisfying dinner.

Penny sees us looking in at Pets in the City.  Time to come home.
