After breakfast Liz came with me to my Zumba class to exercise 

off maybe the coffee and popover calories.  She  first introduced

me to Zumba, where she goes to classes in the Bay area, CA, and 

I remember I was doubtful I would enjoy it.  Now it's something I

look forward to - getting your exercise while dancing to current 

music!  We had fun with Melinda, our instructor.
