Pretty little waterway leads to Saks Fifth Avenue. |
Nice that there are many places to rest and wait for shoppers. |
Saks is pretty with the usual departments, but no cafes. |
Today, wednesday, after gym, we went to the opening of Foodland at the Ala Moana SC, since it's only an 8 minute walk.
Stay away from openings, right? There was a line that went around the corner but we were inside in no time. |
Iced coffee was served while waiting, which hit the spot since I had just come from Zumba. |
Couldn't see much of the store, since it was CROWDED. |
There are many take home ready to eat foods , like sushi, musubi, grilled meats, desserts and salad and olive bars. |
Also a bar too (maybe a wine and beer tasting one) |
a soybean and milk shake, and mochi covered with soybean paste. They crush cooked soybeans, mix it with sugar. The shake has the consistency of slightly melted ice cream |
