Poor Penny

We had to take Penny to the Vet this morning because she was hacking and spitting out foamy saliva.
She had found a package of quilt batting and was chewing at it so  we thought the Vet should look at her.

Tried weighing her on the small scale which didn't work so the aide took her to another room.
In the meantime we talked to the doctor.  Her breathing is fine, but they took an xray of her lungs to be sure.  Also gave her antibiotics and pepcid for her stomach and esophagus.
We came home with canned food, antibiotics, meds for her respiratory system.  She weighs 10.2 lbs.
