Springtime stew

      I was finally cleaning out one of my boxes and came across a recipe I had cut out from the Advertiser, dated Wed., April 14, 2010.   Really?  That long ago?
      
      It said a springtime stew "should be a relatively speedy affair".
Great.   Called  Chicken Marsala Stew With Spring Vegetables  it said that the wine and balsamic vinegar will cover the lack of flavors that long simmering produces.    So I tried it.
It was good, though on the sweet side because of the Marsala and Balsamic vinegar.
The wine was not bad either!
