Side Street Inn. The eldest and youngest in our family

Since we had to do some errands we dropped Penny off at Aloha Dog, then decided to try the fried pork chops and fried rice at Side Street Inn

My second time here.  First was on Thanksgiving day when R and I had the turkey plate.

This was the "lite" nalo greens salad.  More than enough for two.

Hang on to your cholesterol level.    Their specialty fried pork chops and fried rice!   Pretty ono though that's a lotsa rice.

Haupia ice cream.

On the way to pick up Penny on Ward Avenue.   There were three heads with Santa caps on top of the double decker bus.  Cheerful.

Snapped from the window of Aloha Dog.  Penny saw me and is jumping at the door to get out.

Happy 96th Grandma. Born in the Year of the Snake.

Birthday lunch at your favorite Orchids.

And our niece's daughter, the youngest, born in the year of the Snake, like her mom  and great grandma!

Let's not forget Penelope,  born July 1.
