Penny's first day out

We went to Fendu for our lunch bringing along olives from the Whole Foods olive bar,   grapes and cheese to go with the croissants.

Dachshunds can be noisy as we found out when a cute long haired dachshund came to sit at the next table.  (Luckily we were finished with our lunch)
Wanted to photograph the cutie, but we had to hurry away from the resulting barkathon.

At Craig Sensei's studio.  Rude Penny barked at MiuMiu the resident cat, who snubbed her and sauntered away.

Practiced trying to feel and hear the different resonances of head and chest voices.   Thank you sensei for making it understandable.  Now to actualize what I learned.

This evening we decided to go to Nico's because they allow pets in their outdoor seating area.

Their fish and chips (mahimahi today) has a crispy beer batter like we had in London.

In the harbor around Nico's and Uncle's  many of the fishermen were having dinner aboard their boats.
There is something romantic about a harbor especially in the quiet evening time.

Finally, someone Penny wants to play with.

When we got back to our garage who should be there but Buddy, Penny's neighbor and good friend.  Except she couldn't romp with him today because the vet said no rough stuff.
