Water soup

   R went to his weekly karaoke dinner with his friend, so I made my "water soup" which is just tofu and various vegetables cooked in water.   Toasted the mochi and poured the soup over.   I just use  yuzupon (lemon/shoyu sauce) as a dipping sauce.
  
My water soup.  I always add hakusai (napa cabbage) to give a sweet taste and if I have it, wakame for the salt.


Finished the other  Lupicia New Years tea, Jugem, so I opened this one called "O Temba".
"Black tea, rice pops, safflower, marigold flavors ", it has a light pleasant aroma.
I always associated the word O Temba with tomboy and I had not known it could signify an auspicious horse leaping across the heavens.
